Enter each speaker, activity, or break on its own line, followed by a vertical bar and its duration in minutes. The timer moves through your agenda automatically.
Example: Coffee break | 5. Decimal minutes are allowed. Up to 100 items.
Ready when you are
Set your timing, then press Start.
Instructions
- Enter Agenda: name | minutes, with one item on each line.
- Use a positive duration, such as Coffee break | 5, and review the order.
- Select Start. Each item advances automatically when its allocated time ends.
- Use Pause and Resume for a handover, or Reset to edit the agenda.
Understanding your results
The display tracks the current agenda item and its progress. Up to 100 items are supported, with decimal minutes allowed. After the final item the display shows overtime. This is a visual running order; it does not tell speakers to stop or change the event programme for you.
What to do if an agenda line is rejected
Check that every line contains a name, a vertical bar and a duration from 0.1 to 1440 minutes. For thirty seconds, enter 0.5 minutes. Reset before editing a running sequence and keep a separate copy of the agenda.
Using this tool in your browser
The timer runs in your browser with JavaScript enabled. It does not record audio or save the session. Keep a separate copy of your settings or agenda before closing the tab. On a phone, keep the page visible and the device awake; full screen availability depends on the browser.
